"To date, a number of tenders have already been held for the repair of facilities where work was planned or started earlier. In addition, open bidding is currently underway for the inspection and design and survey work of nine of the 13 artificial structures partially or completely destroyed as a result of hostilities. Another four are currently in territories controlled by terrorists," said Hennadiy Savchenko, head of the Highway Service in Donetsk region.
