German tuners have released a new engine control unit for the Audi SQ7, which increases the power of the 4-liter diesel V8 with a pair of turbochargers and a 48-volt electric supercharger from 435 to 510 horsepower. In addition, the "charged" crossover can now boast an increased torque from 900 to 970 N·m.

Unfortunately, one can only guess how the increase in power and torque affected the dynamic characteristics of the SQ7, because ABT decided not to report on this. The "regular" version of the crossover accelerates to 100 kilometers per hour in 4.8 seconds, and the top speed is limited to 250 kilometers per hour. For the tuned SQ7, the ABT Sound Control exhaust system with sound volume adjustment is also available. In addition to the increased power under the hood, ABT also offers to install appropriate wheels on the crossover.
The Sport GR model is available in glossy or matte black, HR Aero in smoky, and HR-F in silver. Next year, a proprietary aerodynamic body kit will also be available for the SQ7, which includes new bumpers, sill covers, and wheel arch extensions. To decorate the interior, a new engine start button with illuminated ABT logo has been designed.
