Alpina has unveiled the B3 model, whose technical underpinnings have been significantly reworked. Under the hood is a three-liter inline six-cylinder engine with two turbochargers, producing 462 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. The engine works in conjunction with an eight-speed automatic transmission from ZF, which Alpina specialists have tuned to their own requirements.

The sprint to 100 km/h takes 3.8 seconds, and the top speed reaches 303 km/h. With these figures, the Alpina B3 is among the fastest compact sedans on the global market.

The car also received an upgraded xDrive all-wheel-drive system and an electronically controlled self-locking differential mounted on the rear axle. The suspension was reworked, offering the driver three operating modes.
