Since the beginning of the week, Tesla S cars with semi-autonomous control have started driving on the roads of the United States. This system is based on technologies from the Israeli company Mobileye.
Today, the technologies are still being tested and are currently installed only on the company's test drivers' vehicles.
The development of Israeli specialists allows the car to track pedestrians in real time, maintain distance from the vehicle ahead, maneuver in urban traffic, monitor traffic lights and road signs, park, and also drive on highways without driver involvement.
Tesla engineers suggest that cars with Mobileye technology may go on sale in 2016.
