Agree, the prospect looks quite tempting. Say you arrive home and all nearby parking spots are taken, forcing you to leave the car far away. But, looking out the window and noticing that a spot near the entrance has freed up, you can take the remote and, while staying in the apartment, move the car closer. Or, if you've had a bit too much at the bar, you can calmly walk along the sidewalk while driving the car remotely — and traffic police inspectors will have no reason to revoke your license.
