The body, 5.13 m long, stands out with an effective fastback profile with a sloping roof, a closed radiator grille, C-shaped headlights, fixed door handles, and 21-inch alloy wheels. A lidar is installed on the roof, indicating the presence of advanced driver assistance systems.
The powertrain is represented by an electric motor from Huawei with a power of 207 kW (278 hp), which works together with a lithium iron phosphate battery manufactured by CALB-Tech. The range has not yet been announced, but the maximum speed is limited to 180 km/h.
The interior features a three-spoke steering wheel with additional functions, a trapezoidal digital instrument panel, a spacious multimedia system display, and a zone for wireless charging of gadgets. The main feature of the model is full compatibility with the Xiaomi ecosystem "Human x Car x Home", thanks to which the car will be able to control devices of a "smart" home.
The full debut of the Toyota bZ7 is scheduled for the end of the year, and detailed characteristics and price will become known closer to the start of sales.
