The full presentation of the new Toyota will take place on May 21, and it is then that the Japanese manufacturer will reveal all the details. Even in the published images without close-ups, you can see that the front features a honeycomb grille similar to the one already used in the new Camry for the American market.

As for the interior, there is much more information here. The cabin looks modern and well-thought-out: it features a digital instrument cluster, a spacious touchscreen for the multimedia system, and a small gear shift lever. The central tunnel stands out for its height and massiveness, visually separating the driver's and front passenger's space. The interior trim is done in clear geometric shapes.

In the 2026 model lineup, gasoline, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid variants will be available, and all of them will use a 2.5-liter engine. As expected, the hybrid version will get a modernized powertrain from the Toyota Camry, which will be more powerful and economical. The plug-in hybrid, in turn, will get a battery with increased capacity, allowing the electric range to increase to approximately 130 km.

Sales of the new generation Toyota RAV4 are scheduled to begin at the end of 2025. The model will be produced at three plants at once — in Japan, the United States, and China.
