The new generation Skoda Superb, unlike the Passat B9, will be available in two body styles at once — a classic liftback and a wagon. The car has retained its recognizable profile, but its exterior has become more refined: sharp edges have been replaced by smoother contours, and the side panels have lost excess relief. Among the characteristic features of the 2024 model are a larger radiator grille, a wide lower air intake, and narrower headlights, which can now be ordered with matrix technology.

Wheel sizes from 17 to 19 inches are available for both versions. Engineers also worked on aerodynamics: the drag coefficient was reduced to 0.24. The model is based on the updated MQB Evo platform, and the car itself has grown slightly in dimensions.

Dimensions of Skoda Superb 2024:

- length — 4,912 mm;

- width — 1,849 mm;

- height — 1,481 mm;

- wheelbase — 2,841 mm.

In the interior, the quality of finishing materials has been improved, and the gear selector has moved to the steering column, freeing up additional space for items on the center console. The driver gets an improved digital instrument cluster, a large 13-inch touchscreen display, and a head-up display has appeared in the options list.

The interior space has become more spacious, and the trunk has grown in volume: 645 liters in the liftback and 690 liters in the wagon.

The list of additional equipment has been expanded with seats with a massage function, remote-controlled parking autopilot, a new semi-autonomous driving system, a wireless smartphone charging station with cooling, as well as a Canton audio system with 14 speakers.

The line of powertrains for the Skoda Superb 2024 is generally familiar, but it has been supplemented with 48-volt mild hybrids, and some engines have become more powerful. At the start of sales, petrol turbo engines with a displacement of 1.5 L (150 hp) and 2.0 L (204 and 265 hp) are available, as well as two-liter turbo diesels with 150 and 193 hp.

Separately, a hybrid version of the Superb is offered, which combines a 1.5-liter petrol turbo engine with an electric motor, together producing 204 hp. Such a car can travel over 100 km on electric power, and the battery can be quickly charged — up to 80% in 25 minutes.
