The Kia Sportage Ace (this is exactly what the Chinese version of the model is called) reaches 4530 mm in length, 1850 mm in width, and 1695 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2640 mm. Its front end looks aggressive thanks to the huge radiator grille opening, while the rear resembles its older brother, the Kia Sorento.
Inside, a virtual instrument cluster and a large 10.25-inch touchscreen have appeared. The list of options has been expanded with adaptive cruise control, surround-view cameras, wireless smartphone charging, automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist, and blind spot monitoring systems.
Buyers can choose between a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated gasoline four-cylinder engine producing 160 hp and a 1.5-liter 200-horsepower turbocharged engine. In the first case, a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission is installed; in the second, a 7-speed dual-clutch robot. Drive can be front or all-wheel drive.
