The new Honda HR-V 2021 will become slightly larger than its predecessor and will seriously change in appearance. The car has a high hood, slanting LED headlights, and slightly flared wheel arches. As before, the rear door handles are hidden in the roof pillars. At the rear, the spoiler is enlarged, and the taillights are stretched across the entire width of the body.
Earlier, official photos of the interior of the Honda HR-V 2021 were published. They show a large touchscreen for the multimedia system. The crossover will get wireless Apple CarPlay and a panoramic roof.
So far, only a hybrid powertrain with a turbocharged gasoline four-cylinder and two electric motors has been announced. In the larger Honda CR-V, it develops 184 hp.
It is known that in Europe, the new Honda HR-V will be exclusively hybrid. However, for other markets, for example, a 1.5-liter 172-horsepower turbo engine may be offered.
