The Volkswagen ID.6 X electric crossover is the production version of the ID.Roomzz concept car. The car reaches 4876 mm in length, 1848 mm in width, and 1680 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2965 mm. The design is in the traditional style of the Volkswagen ID family – with smooth body contours and large LED headlights.
There are no photos of the interior yet, but surely the interior will be familiar. The new Volkswagen ID.6 X will get a virtual instrument cluster and a large touchscreen. Obviously, six- and seven-seat versions will be offered.
Initially, the Volkswagen electric crossover will be available in only one version – with a 204-horsepower motor and rear-wheel drive. It reaches 160 km/h. Later, a 306-horsepower all-wheel-drive modification will appear.
The Volkswagen ID.6 X electric vehicle is expected to get batteries with capacities of 58 and 82 kWh. In the first case, the range will be about 400 km on the WLTP cycle, in the second – about 500 km.
