It is already known that the sedan is based on the BMW M5 Competition, but the model has undergone a number of modifications. Thus, the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 now produces 635 hp, which is 10 horsepower more.

In addition, the new BMW M5 CS will be 70 kg lighter – 1825 kg. This was achieved mainly through the use of carbon in the construction.

The more powerful and lighter BMW M5 sedan will be able to accelerate to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds. The top speed will be limited to 305 km/h. By the way, these are the best figures in the class, which is not surprising – the main competitors Audi RS6 Avant and Mercedes-AMG E63 S are both heavier and less powerful.

Judging by the first photos, the new BMW M5 CS can be recognized by the yellow LED daytime running lights, as well as 20-inch forged wheels in copper color and the same copper trim on the radiator grille.
