Under the hood of the "hot" models is a 2.0 TFSI turbo engine producing 310 hp and 400 Nm. The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch robot and quattro all-wheel drive.
Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 4.8 seconds for both the hatchback and sedan. The top speed is traditionally limited to 250 km/h.
The new Audi S3 features a lowered suspension by 15 mm and 18-inch wheels. Adaptive dampers and matrix LED headlights with 15 individual elements are available as options.
