Suzuki company will release a five-door modification of the new generation Jimny SUV. According to Autocar India, such a car will be intended for the Indian market.
The five-door SUV will get a longer wheelbase, which will add more free space for passengers in the rear seats. In all other respects, the Jimny will remain the same as the standard version.
As is known, the new Suzuki Jimny, which debuted in 2018, retained the same design and technical content as the previous generation model. The car is based on a ladder frame, solid axles, plug-in all-wheel drive, and a transfer case with a low-range gear.
