The image shows the rear part of the crossover's body, equipped with elongated vertical LED lights. In the lower right corner of the tailgate, there are Hybrid and AWD badges, indicating that the future model will have a hybrid powertrain and all-wheel drive transmission.
The compact crossover will be built on the GA-B platform, which is one of the versions of the global TNGA modular architecture. The new model will borrow the main components and units from the new generation Yaris hatchback.
At the same time, the company previously noted that the new SUV will not just be a Yaris with increased ground clearance — it will have its own design and different dimensions compared to the platform 'donor'. The assembly of the car will be organized at a French plant, on the same line where the Yaris is produced.
