The concept car, whose premiere will take place at the end of November at the motor show in Los Angeles, will feature an interior in the style of Tesla Motors electric cars.

The Volkswagen ID Space Vizzion is described as a "crossover of the future" that combines the aerodynamic characteristics of a Gran Turismo class car with the spaciousness of an SUV.
As for the interior, it will have three rows of seats with six separate seating positions. The seats will be upholstered in a special material made from apple waste called AppleSkin, which is a "vegan" alternative to natural leather. In addition, the images show a front panel in the style of the Tesla Model 3 with a separate large touchscreen and a small digital instrument panel.

Volkswagen stated that a production version of such a car will appear in 2021. It will be based on the modular MEB architecture, developed specifically for new-generation electric vehicles. Without recharging the batteries, the car will be able to travel up to 590 km (according to the WLTP cycle). The Germans will develop three different versions of the model, which will be created taking into account the specifics of the American, Chinese, and European markets.
