The electric crossover Audi Q4 e-tron will hit the market in 2021. For the first time in the brand's history, customers will be able to choose the design of the optics as part of car personalization — no other manufacturer offers this. As Audi's chief designer Marc Lichte said, customers will have access to 25 variants of the "light signature" for the front and rear lights.

A prototype of this model before its production incarnation was shown in Geneva in the spring of this year. The Q4 e-tron is equipped with a pair of electric motors that together produce 225 kilowatts (306 horsepower) and allow it to reach 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds. In standard mode, drive is only to the rear wheels. The front motor engages only in case of wheel slip, as well as when the electronics detect understeer or oversteer.
