The electric car will be released in a limited edition of 499 units. Prices for the car will start from 336,480 euros. First deliveries are expected in September.
The powertrain of the new model includes a set of batteries with a capacity of 64 kWh and four electric motors — one for each wheel. The total power of the sports car is 470 horsepower. Without recharging, the Ford Mustang can travel more than 230 kilometers. The maximum speed is 240 km/h. The car can accelerate to 100 km/h in less than 4 seconds.
Ford itself recently patented a new combined powertrain, which will be created on the basis of a V8 gasoline engine. It is assumed that this scheme will be used on the hybrid version of the Mustang sports car.
