The German website Germancarforum has published the first official photos of the new generation BMW 3-Series with a station wagon body. It is expected that the public premiere of the model will take place in the fall at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The station wagon, like the sedan, will differ from its predecessor with a more sporty appearance, as well as the absence of the signature "Hofmeister kink", which the designers decided to abandon.
It is expected that the BMW 3-Series Touring will be offered only on the European market, where it will share the engine lineup with the four-door modification of the model. It includes turbocharged diesel and gasoline engines, as well as a hybrid powertrain.
