The design of the new model will feature traits of the Continental GT and Bentley's EXP 10 Speed 6 concept, which was presented in Geneva in 2015. The new Flying Spur will be built on the modular MSB architecture, which is also used by the Porsche Panamera. It is expected that the sedan will be made almost entirely of aluminum, and the number of steel parts in the body structure will be minimized.

According to British media, the engine lineup will include a 4.0-liter V8, and top versions will get a six-liter W12. The appearance of a "charged" version of the sedan is also not ruled out.

In addition, a hybrid modification will be offered. The total power of such a sedan will be 410 hp. The range on electric power alone is 50 km.
