As part of the Chicago motor show, Toyota presented a special Off-Road version of the RAV4 crossover, prepared by the TRD division.
The Toyota RAV4 TRD Off-Road is based on the Adventure trim and boasts a retuned suspension with new shock absorbers and increased ground clearance, as well as 18-inch wheels with Falken Wildpeak off-road tires.
The SofTex material is used for the upholstery of the off-road RAV4's seats. It is lighter than leather and significantly more durable
The Toyota RAV4 Off-Road is offered with a 2.5-liter gasoline engine producing 206 hp (250 N·m) and paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
