Kia presents a new compact crossover at the Geneva Motor Show, built on the basis of the third-generation Ceed model.
As British media report, the crossover version of the Ceed will take a position in the Kia lineup between the Sportage and Stonic models.
The new model will differ from the regular hatchback with increased ground clearance, larger diameter wheels, and plastic body cladding. Possibly, such a car will also get a more spacious trunk and a different rear door design.
It is expected that the off-road modification of the Ceed will use the same range of engines as the standard hatchback.
