The mass of the open Continental GT is 2414 kg, which is 160 kg heavier than the coupe. The legroom for rear passengers has not changed, but the trunk volume has decreased to 235 liters (-123 l).

The new Continental GT Convertible is equipped with the already familiar six-liter W12 engine developing 635 hp and 900 Nm. The transmission is an eight-speed "robot" with two clutches, created on the basis of Porsche's PDK preselective gearbox.

Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 3.7 seconds, which is 0.1 seconds slower than the coupe. At the same time, the maximum speed remains the same – 333 km/h.

The new convertible has all-wheel drive and an active roll suppression system powered by a 48-volt on-board electrical network. The driver has access to four driving modes: Sport, Comfort, Bentley and Custom.

Prices for the new Bentley Continental GT Convertible have not yet been announced.
