According to unofficial sources, the company has decided to make the production version of the super hybrid lighter and more powerful.
According to available information, the weight of the new model will be no more than 1,350 kilograms, and the power will be slightly higher than the originally announced 1,054 horsepower. In addition, for the Mercedes-AMG One, a Motorsport options package is planned, which includes a more aggressive aerodynamic body kit and increased output of the power unit.
The speed characteristics of the super hybrid promise to be outstanding: acceleration to 300 kilometers per hour will take 11 seconds. In this regard, the company plans to set an absolute Nürburgring record among production cars approved for use on public roads. Currently, active preparation for the run is underway.
The conceptual version of the Mercedes-AMG Project One was presented last autumn at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
