From 2006 to 2014, this name was used for a model sold on the Australian market. The new Ford is based on the Chinese budget crossover Yusheng S330.

The Yusheng brand belongs to Jiangling Motors Corporation, one of Ford's partners in China. The S330 crossover is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbo engine producing 163 horsepower and costs 80,000 yuan ($11,500).

The Ford Territory differs from the donor car with a modified front end, including the grille, bumper, headlights, wheel rims, and interior design. No changes are expected in the technical specifications.
Prices for the Ford Territory have not been announced yet. The public debut of the crossover will take place in September at the Chengdu International Motor Show.
