The Terra is based on the Navara pickup platform. The front part of the SUV almost copies the appearance of the Navara, while the rear of the model can only be partially seen for now.
The interior is also almost identical to the pickup's cabin. The main difference is the possibility of a seven-seat layout.
According to preliminary data, the Terra will be noticeably more compact than the donor pickup. Initially, the SUV's engine lineup will include only one gasoline engine with a displacement of 2.5 liters, producing 184 hp. As for transmissions, a six-speed manual and a seven-speed automatic will be offered.
The Nissan Terra is primarily developed for the Asian market. The model's release outside Asia is still in question.
