The company's plans can be judged by the design sketch, which partially lifts the veil over the appearance of the future model. Judging by the image, the look of the "Ceed" will become noticeably bolder and will echo some features of the Stinger hatchback.
In addition, the manufacturer clarified that the model name will no longer have an apostrophe, and the abbreviation itself has now received an official interpretation: Community of Europe, with European Design — that is, "a European community with European design."
Sales of the third-generation Kia Ceed on the European market are scheduled to start in the summer. As before, the car will be assembled at the Slovak plant.
