The Lamborghini Terzo Millennio is an electric vehicle, but not quite a conventional one, as it is powered not by batteries but by supercapacitors that feed four electric motors built into the wheels.

The Terzo Millennio show car (translated from Italian as 'third millennium') also features a unique carbon-fiber body, whose panels are capable of storing energy. In addition, the concept can regenerate damage to the bodywork through a special chemical substance that is released at damaged areas.

The creators have not yet disclosed all the technical details, but it is already clear that the conceptual supercar turned out to be incredibly high-tech.
