The five-door coupe i30 Fastback is 115 mm longer and 30 mm lower than the standard hatchback. The design of the model features an elongated hood and a sloping roofline that smoothly transitions into a small spoiler. In addition, the coupe version has a slightly lowered and stiffer suspension.
The interior has no differences.
The engine lineup includes two T-GDI turbo engines: a 1.0-liter with 120 hp and a 1.4-liter with 140 hp. The engines are paired with a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
European sales of the model will start early next year.
