BMW plans to present an electric modification of the third series sedan at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
According to unofficial data, the electric sedan will be able to travel up to 400 kilometers on a single charge. Other technical details about the upcoming model have not yet been disclosed.
BMW expects that the main rival of the electric "three" will be the affordable Tesla Model 3 electric car, whose sales launch is constantly being delayed.
In addition, in the future, the appearance of an electric version for the X3 crossover is not ruled out.
