Mercedes-Benz plans to unveil the EQ A concept electric car at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The EQ A hatchback will become the second electric concept presented after the Generation EQ crossover shown last fall (pictured).
It is expected that, unlike the previous show car, the EQ A will be based on a different platform and will be equipped with one electric motor instead of two. According to insiders, the production version of this electric vehicle should be released in 2020.
The manufacturer has not yet disclosed details about the new product.
