The new Spyker C8 Preliator Spyder will be the first model to receive a Scandinavian-made engine. Under the hood of the open-top version is a five-liter V8 producing 600 horsepower and a peak torque of 600 Nm. At Spyker's request, this power unit was specially calibrated and stripped of turbocharging.
