The folding roof of the new E-Class Cabriolet can be retracted in 20 seconds at speeds up to 48 km/h. Four color options are available for the soft top: red, black, brown, and blue. When the roof is folded, the trunk volume decreases from 385 to 310 liters.
Detailed specifications have not yet been published, but it is already known that the open E-Class will for the first time feature an all-wheel drive system. The engine lineup will be borrowed from the coupe, which is almost identical to the cabriolet both technically and externally.
The official premiere of the E-Class Cabriolet will take place at the Geneva Motor Show.
