Strube also mentioned that a two-liter twin-turbo diesel engine will be offered for the Kodiaq RS, which could make this crossover the most dynamic car in the history of the Czech brand.

The head of the technical department did not share details about the powertrain, however, apparently, we are talking about a 240-horsepower diesel engine, which is used on the related Volkswagen Tiguan platform and provides it with confident dynamics — acceleration to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds.

The debut date of the "charged" Kodiaq is still unknown.
