The new model called Project One will become a true embodiment of racing technologies: it will be created on the basis of the Formula 1 car Mercedes F1 W07 Hybrid. It is expected that the hybrid power unit will produce over 1000 horsepower.
So far, the German automaker is in no hurry to share details about the supercar, having only announced its power and official name.
The premiere of Project One is scheduled for autumn and will most likely take place at the Frankfurt Motor Show. This event will be timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the AMG division.
