The appearance of the new Continental GT will be created with an eye on the striking EXP 10 Speed 6 concept, which debuted in Geneva a year earlier. Of course, the production version will be made more restrained and less flashy.
The coupe will be based on the MSB platform, already used in the new generation of the Porsche Panamera. Thanks to this architecture, the car will be able to lose over 100 kilograms of weight, and will also easily get a hybrid powertrain from the Panamera. In addition, it is possible that the Continental GT will also get the 600-horsepower W12 engine from the Bentayga crossover.
According to unconfirmed reports, the premiere of the updated Bentley Continental GT will take place in 2018.
