Skoda is starting to create the most compact crossover in its lineup, which will be based on the Fabia model.
Judging by available data, the basis for the new model will be either the PQ25 platform, on which the current Fabia is built, or the modular MQB architecture developed by the Volkswagen Group. As noted in the Czech company, the crossover will stand out noticeably against the background of the "donor" — both in design and dimensions.
The production version of the new SUV, for which a name has not yet been chosen, is expected in 2018.
