According to Lawrence van den Acker, Renault's Senior Vice President of Corporate Design, the ALASKAN's appearance combines large dimensions and expressive styling, creating an impression of solidity and strength. According to the creators, such a vehicle is equally suitable for outdoor trips and everyday city driving.

The French company states that the new vehicle offers serious off-road capabilities and fuel efficiency that is considered one of the best in its class. This is ensured by a 2.3-liter diesel engine.

The developers believe that the ALASKAN can be used for sports, work purposes, and even as everyday transport. With significant payload capacity, Renault guarantees driving comfort, achieved through a modern rear suspension with five links and a carefully engineered frame.

Sales of this pickup will start at the end of the current year, and it will become the second model in the Renault range that combines passenger and cargo transportation. The arrival of the Alaskan on the Ukrainian market remains in question, as does the fate of the pickup based on the Duster.
