The car does not yet have a name and is simply called FCV (fuel-cell vehicle). Its official debut will take place later this year at the Tokyo Motor Show.

FCV is a pre-production concept that will soon go into production with minimal technical changes. The range of the hydrogen Honda will be 700 km. Technical details are not disclosed at the moment.

From a design point of view, the body contours promise high aerodynamic efficiency. The car features LED lighting, ventilated front fenders, partially covered rear wheels, and a "fin" on the roof. The interior looks high-quality and modern: it is trimmed with leather and wood, has metal inserts, and a "floating" multimedia screen.
The new model is expected to go into mass production next spring. The direct competitor of this Honda will be the hydrogen sedan Toyota Mirai.
