The new model is called Baleno. The car's public debut will take place in autumn at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The car will appear on Old World markets in spring 2016.
The Suzuki Baleno is the production version of the iK-2 concept car, which was presented in Geneva. In terms of dimensions, the new model will be larger than the existing Swift version. The hatchback reaches 4023 mm in length, while its width is 1920 mm, and the wheelbase size is 2520 mm. The car's performance will be handled by a 1.0-liter Boosterjet petrol engine. According to the developers, combined with a lightweight body, it should provide the Baleno with high fuel efficiency and "lively" dynamics.
