The premiere of the car is expected to take place in 2016.
As our colleagues suggest, the new model should get an aggressive appearance and will be somewhat similar to the Crosslane Coupe concept car, which was presented back in 2012.
According to the publication, the Audi Q1 will be built on the modular MQB platform. The engine lineup will be represented by three gasoline four-cylinder engines with power ranging from 140 hp to 230 hp, as well as a 1.6-liter turbodiesel.
Assembly of the Audi Q1 is planned in Ingolstadt.
Prices for the crossover in Germany are not yet known, but presumably they will start from 25 thousand euros.
