This platform is already used for the new generation Nissan Qashqai and X-Trail, and the new Kadjar model is also built on it. In the style of the latter, by the way, the new Koleos will be made.
The new Koleos will become larger, its length will grow to five meters. Accordingly, it will even be longer than the X-Trail. As an option, the possibility of installing a third row of seats will be added. But Renault claims that the release of the new car will not affect the status of the Espace minivan. It, as before, remains the flagship.
Nothing is known yet about the release date of the second-generation Koleos on the market. It can be assumed that this will happen no earlier than 2016. But it is most likely that the car will first be sold in China and only then will it reach Europe.
