Recently, spy images of road tests of the new Skoda Superb have appeared. As expected, the car is camouflaged with various pads, stickers, and covers. It became known that the presentation of the new car is scheduled for 2015 at the Shanghai Auto Show.

The exterior of the Skoda Superb matches the current style of the Czech brand's cars. The design is based on the Vision C concept, which the public could see in Geneva.

The new Superb will most likely be a classic liftback. Although, judging by rumors, a sedan body option was also considered. How it will actually be, we will find out after the presentation, but for now we can only assume that the Czechs may abandon the original trunk opening design. This is due to the need to reduce production costs.

As for the technical side, it is known that the design is based on an extended MQB platform. Under the hood, four-cylinder TSI petrol engines with a displacement of 1.4 L to 2.0 L and diesels with power from 119 to 280 horsepower will most likely be installed.
