The appearance of the updated RCZ has changed due to a different radiator grille and front bumper, as well as LED daytime running lights and headlights — both halogen and xenon, which received a new edging. In the interior, higher quality finishing materials are used: leather inserts in the doors, aluminum overlays in the area where the front panel meets the central console, and the gear shift lever is covered with black lacquer.

For the body of the updated Peugeot RCZ, eight colors are available: white Blanc Opale and Blanc Nacre, gray Gris Sidobre and Gris Haria, black Noir Perla Nera, blue Bleu Tuanake, brown Brun Guaranja, and red Rouge Erythree.

The range of RCZ power units has not changed: these are 1.6-liter petrol engines with 156 and 200 hp, as well as a 2.0-liter turbodiesel with 163 hp. Paired with them are six-speed manual and automatic transmissions.

The list of standard equipment includes ABS, ESP, hill start assist, WIP Com 3D multimedia system, sound-insulating windshield, automatic headlights, electrochromic rearview mirror, WIP Nav Plus navigation, and other equipment.
