The AvtoVAZ concern announced the start of a recall campaign that will cover Lada Xray hatchbacks.
As part of the service campaign, 19,668 vehicles of this model, which have rolled off the assembly line since February 2016, are to be recalled.
The reason was the unfortunate placement of the wiring harness under the hood: it can come into contact with the sharp edge of the battery tray and wear through over time.
To solve the problem, specialists will install a special gasket that will prevent damage to the wiring.
