The first celebration of "Truck Driver's Day" took place on August 30, 2003, but now the holiday has become annual, and many truck drivers already consider one of the Saturdays in August as "their" day. Today, "Truck Driver's Day" is a family holiday. A holiday for the driver, his family, and closest people. The specifics of the profession do not allow truck drivers to spend much time with their families, so "Truck Driver's Day" is a great opportunity for drivers to give a real gift to their wives and children.
