The incident took place on the capital's Troieshchyna. The accident was caused by parents' attempt to teach their son to drive a car. The boy even managed to drive himself through streets with heavy traffic.
However, upon entering the parking lot, the young man lost control, plowed through the lawn, and rammed a Chevrolet Aveo. That car, oddly enough, was also a training vehicle, and an instructor with a student were inside.
Now the Tesla Model 3 electric car and the Chevrolet Aveo need repairs, and the underage driver's parents will obviously be held responsible.
