In August 2026, Ukrainians purchased about 5 thousand new passenger cars. The most popular model of the month was the Toyota RAV4 - it accounted for 445 registrations. The second and third places were taken by the Renault Duster and Skoda Octavia. This is reported by UkrAutoprom.
The most popular new cars of August 2026 were led by the Toyota RAV4
The top five consisted mainly of crossovers. After the Toyota RAV4 with a result of 445 cars, the Renault Duster followed - 298 units. The Skoda Octavia became third with 227 registrations.
The Hyundai Tucson was purchased 204 times, which secured the model fourth place. The fifth position was taken by the Skoda Kodiaq with a result of 180 cars.

Toyota is represented in the ranking by four models at once. In addition to the RAV4, the top 10 included the Camry, Land Cruiser Prado and Yaris Cross. Skoda has two models - Octavia and Kodiaq.
Among the ten most popular new cars of August, nine positions were occupied by models of Japanese, European and Korean brands. The only representative of a Chinese brand was the BYD Sea Lion 06 with 132 registrations.
