Top-10 new crossovers that Ukrainians bought most often since the beginning of 2026

In the first half of 2026, crossovers and SUVs covered 80% of the Ukrainian new passenger car market. Over six months, Ukrainians purchased 26.6 thousand cars in this segment, which is 0.3% more than in the same period last year. This is reported by Ukrautoprom.

New crossovers in Ukraine: top-10 models by registrations

Most often, Ukrainians chose the Renault Duster. In January-June, 2670 such crossovers were registered. The Toyota RAV4 took second place with 1811 cars, and the Hyundai Tucson became third with 1302 registrations.

The largest share of new SUVs were petrol cars - 37.8%. Hybrid versions accounted for 32.9% of the segment, diesel - 20.4%.Electric crossovers made up 8.7% of registrations. Another 0.2% of new SUVs were equipped with gas cylinder equipment.
