Toyota maintains its leadership in the Ukrainian market. During the month, 960 new cars of this Japanese brand were registered in the country. Compared to September last year, demand for new Toyotas increased by 43%.

The second place was taken by VOLKSWAGEN with 653 cars. This is three times more than a year ago. The third place was taken by BMW — 492 units (97% of September 2022). The top five leaders also included SKODA — 464 units (49%) and RENAULT — 447 units (185%).

In addition, the top ten brands of the month included HYUNDAI — 272 units (3%), MAZDA — 232 units (563%), SUZUKI — 196 units (2700%), MERCEDES-BENZ — 183 units (0%) and MITSUBISHI — 173 units (-34%). The most popular car of September was the RENAULT Duster — it was purchased 407 times. In total, from January to September 2023, Ukrainians purchased 43.9 thousand new passenger cars, which is 58% more than in the same period last year.
